Meiji Window Deco Seal

Very rare set to come by. Even after all these years there some I haven't seen or confirmed they exist yet. For this set I am still personally missing Charmander and Togepi. And I have never seen Meowth again, I think I have but TBH I'm not so sure anymore. Basically the idea of these sticker were to be able to stick these to nearly any surface, peel them back off whenever and they will continue to stick to new surfaces. you can arrange them however you want.
